Redeem rewards
Customers can redeem their points for discounts. There are three types:
Amount discount
Percentage discount
Free shipping
Amount discount has 2 types, fixed amount discount and increments of points. A fixed amount discount gives a certain amount of money off the order.
When selecting Increments of points, the price in points is set for each dollar discount (i.e. 100 points = $1). You can also set the minimum or maximum amount of points the customer can spend on this reward.
Percentage discount has two types Fixed amount of points and Increments of points.
A fixed amount of points gives a discount at a certain value for the specific points price.
As for the Increments discount, when selecting this option, the price in points is set for each percentage of the discount (i.e. 100 points = 1 percent). You can also select the minimum or maximum amount of points the customer can spend on this reward.
The third type is Free shipping, you can exchange points for free delivery. You may also select whether this reward applies to all the products or only to the specific collections.
