Lily app is an easy-to-set-up Loyalty Points and Rewards Program application developed to be easily applicable on different e-commerce platforms and easy to integrate into different regions at the same time covering its project objectives.

Simple installation and easy-to-set-up free loyalty program app for e-commerce businesses that help get the most out of every interaction with customers; Integrated metrics are here to help collect the most comprehensive statistics in order to measure the efficiency of the loyal program and its impact on the sales funnel; Branding is aimed to match the widget with a brand, i.e. to control its colors, visibility, placement, etc.; Notifications sent by email are here to encourage customers to use rewards they’ve earned/redeemed.

Settings

The following article describes what you can adjust in the ‘Settings’ section. Here you can find two options, General and Rewards.

General settings consist of two sections which are Email settings и Import customers

Email settings:

Sender name - the name which is visible to customers receiving your email.
Sender email - you will need to enter an email and then verify it.
There’s also an option to edit the email address, but it’s required to be verified in case you decide to change it.

Import your existing customers and their current points manually via a CSV file import. There are two types of information you can import:

Add points to the current customers' balance
Reset the customers’ balance

Rewards settings consist of 3 sections:

Points
Order settings
Order rewarding settings

In the Points section, you can select the name of your points.

In the Order settings you may select to reward customers when the financial status is one of the following:

Finished
Paid
Partially Shipped
Shipped

Redeem rewards

Customers can redeem their points for discounts. There are three types:

Amount discount
Percentage discount
Free shipping

Amount discount has 2 types, fixed amount discount and increments of points. A fixed amount discount gives a certain amount of money off the order.

When selecting Increments of points, the price in points is set for each dollar discount (i.e. 100 points = $1). You can also set the minimum or maximum amount of points the customer can spend on this reward.

Percentage discount has two types Fixed amount of points and Increments of points. A fixed amount of points gives a discount at a certain value for the specific points price.

As for the Increments discount, when selecting this option, the price in points is set for each percentage of the discount (i.e. 100 points = 1 percent). You can also select the minimum or maximum amount of points the customer can spend on this reward.

Branding

In this article, we will learn more about the ‘Branding’ section. The following module is made to design and adapt the Rewards widget and here you can set the color, font, text, banner, and button position. It contains 3 sections which are Colors, Widget Screen, and Widget Button.

**Colors **

HEADER - here you can adjust the background and text color of the widget header.

TEXT - from here you can set the color for the text in the body.

BUTTON - in this section you can adjust the button and its text color.

OTHER - in the following section you can adjust the color of links and icons

**Widget screen **

HEADER - here you can edit the name of your Loyalty Program.

HEADER IMAGE - adjust the banner that will be displayed in the header of your widget.

Earn points

The Earn Points section allows your customers to get points for the activities made on your store. There are 7 actions in total.

Create account

This action is available to all unregistered guests on your shop and issues a reward in points. After the action is fulfilled, a customer gets a notification letter about the earned points. Available to be completed only once.

**Place order **

This action is available to all registered and unregistered customers (guests) of the shop and gives a reward in points for the order made. When a user (guest) who isn’t registered on the shop performs an action, the app will bind to the user's email address and store it in the database. After this user registers on the shop, the points earned will be assigned to the account.

When setting up the action admin can choose from 2 available rewarding methods for completing it which are a Fixed amount of points and Increments of points.

Fixed amount of points doesn't consider how many points the customer spent on the purchase and settings from Settings - Rewards - Order rewarding settings. Customers will receive the specified points for Fixed amount of points regardless of the settings.

Performance

The Performance module provides information on the interaction of customers on the store. It has two sections: Points program and Referral program.

**Points Program **

The ‘Generated revenue’ displays the total sales generated from your Points program, which presents information about the total profit in the shop's currency. It counts only the amount of those orders, that the customer makes using the discount received from the ‘Get rewards’ section.

The ‘Points earned’ shows the total points earned by customers through the actions set by the admin in the ‘Ways to earn’ section of the Rewards module.

The ‘Points spent’ shows the total points spent by customers made by the actions specified in the ‘Ways to redeem’ section of the Rewards module.

The ‘Overview dashboard’ contains 5 fields which are Customer, Action, Redeem discount, Points, and Date. Here you can track activities included in the Analytics.

Referral Program

The ‘Total revenue generated’ indicates the lifetime revenue generated by the Referral program. The ‘Referral members’ shows customers whose first purchase was made through a referral link or cod
